Complimentary continental breakfast is served in the Garden Lounge at At The Zoo only — typically 7–9, for every guest and every unit. Lazy Rhino and Hide-Away are self-catering.
What happens during load shedding?+
All three addresses run on solar with battery backup, so lights and essentials stay up. At The Zoo has 240 / 240 Mbps fibre for work calls; Linden stays have 50 Mbps uncapped Wi-Fi.
Can I bring a pet?+
Pets are by arrangement at Lazy Rhino and Hide-Away in Linden. At The Zoo is not set up for pets — ask Charmaine if you are unsure.
How do I book?+
Use Book to pick a unit and dates. Pay the direct rate on Yoco (the checkout shows Confluence Restaurant — same company as Stay Joburg). Charmaine is emailed automatically (Marius is copied). WhatsApp also opens — tap Send so she can take the nights off Airbnb.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is 10:00. At The Zoo can receive guests into the evening; Linden uses a lockbox for self check-in.
